Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Configuration: Work closely with merchants and partners to understand their needs, configure PhonePe solutions, and ensure smooth integration into their existing systems.
Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance to merchants, addressing any integration issues and troubleshooting technical roadblocks.
Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions for merchants and their staff on using PhonePe solutions effectively, fostering understanding and promoting adoption.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and generate reports to track progress and optimize implementation strategies.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with merchants and partners, building trust and fostering a collaborative environment.
