• Work closely with merchants, understanding their unique needs and tailoring PhonePe solutions to meet them.
• Configure and install PhonePe products, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing technical support to merchants, troubleshooting any issues and offering guidance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of implementations and configurations for future reference.
• Identify potential business opportunities within existing merchant relationships and propose strategies for expansion.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including product, sales, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
