Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and journal entry preparation. You'll also work closely with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger by recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of the annual budget.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Close the books on a monthly and year-end basis.
• Support the internal audit team and address any queries they may have.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Treasury.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proven experience with accounting software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
