Job Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated and customer-centric Branch Sales Manager to play a key role in achieving our ambitious sales goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve branch sales targets for a variety of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and wealth management solutions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales officers, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
• Identify and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, effectively communicating the benefits and features of ICICI Bank's financial products and services.
