Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including general ledgers and vendor files.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable reports to ensure financial data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to address any questions or concerns regarding invoices or payments.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
