As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and courteous service to clients, visitors, and employees via phone, email, and in-person.

Front Desk Operations:

Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Experience:
