  • Executive & Team Support:

    • Proactively identify and address administrative needs of your assigned team.
  • Travel & Logistics Management:
    • Handle travel bookings and expense reports with meticulous accuracy.
    • Coordinate event planning and execution, ensuring logistics and setup run smoothly.
    • Assist with conference calls and webinars, preparing materials and managing technology.
    • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring sufficient levels for operations.
  • Project Support & Office Management:
    • Assist with assigned projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and objectives.
    • Gather information and resources from various departments, facilitating smooth workflows.
    • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively provide solutions.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
