Job Summary:
The File Clerk - Remote will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, ensuring accurate and efficient data management, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
File Management:
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Data Entry and Management:
Enter and update data into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations, as well as performing other tasks as assigned.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information.
Quality Control:
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of files and data, identifying and correcting errors as needed.

Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a file clerk or administrative role, with experience in data entry and management preferred.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with document management systems and databases preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills; attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions:
