Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to guest concerns.

  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in additional languages a plus.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
