Job Title: Customer Care Associate
Job Summary:
Etihad Airways is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and services
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
- Process customer requests, such as booking changes, cancellations, and refunds, in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, hospitality) preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages an asset
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position, with a rotating shift schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
