Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for parents and students, providing exceptional support by phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the WhiteHat Jr. platform and online learning environments.
• Actively listen to understand concerns, empathize with customers, and resolve issues efficiently and patiently.
• Provide clear and concise explanations in a way that is understandable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to improving the customer experience by documenting feedback and suggesting process improvements.
