Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing them with coaching, mentorship, and support to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Proactively identify and address customer pain points, implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty towards WhiteHat Jr.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative strategies to elevate customer service standards.
