The Chief Sales Officer is responsible for leading the sales team and driving growth for Colgate-Palmolive. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and marketing, and be able to build and motivate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Colgate-Palmolive
• Lead the sales team and manage their performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement sales training programs
• Represent Colgate-Palmolive at industry events and conferences
