Key Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and social media to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.
• Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance to analyze and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: Any relevant sales certifications, such as HubSpot Sales or Salesforce, are a plus.
