Associate Business Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire, onboard, and retain Meesho resellers.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities to optimize reseller performance.
  • Provide personalized coaching and support to resellers, helping them grow their businesses.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and build strong partnerships.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to target specific reseller segments.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of your initiatives and report on outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in product, marketing, and operations.




Meesho Freshers Jobs

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant analytical tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Passion for e-commerce and understanding of the reseller landscape.
