Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of their business goals.
• Problem Resolution and Escalation Handling:
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a sense of urgency and empathy in addressing their needs.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed, and escalating matters when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to advocate for clients and drive the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback based on client interactions to contribute to product and service enhancements.
