Position: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

The Opportunity

This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to lead Amazon's sales organization to even greater heights! As Chief Sales Officer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive significant revenue growth across all of Amazon's sales channels. You'll be a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team, while also forging strong relationships with key partners.

  • Team Management: You'll build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Relationship Building: You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Amazon.
  • Sales Execution: You'll drive the execution of sales plans and ensure that Amazon's sales goals are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Innovation: You'll be at the forefront of identifying new sales opportunities and developing innovative ways to reach customers.
