Job Summary

We are searching for a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for the entire solution lifecycle, from initial client interaction and requirement gathering to designing, presenting, and implementing robust technical solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the solutions we deliver are not only technically sound but also commercially viable and scalable to meet future demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
• Develop detailed solution architecture documents, including system diagrams, network topologies, and bill-of-materials.
• Present solutions to clients, addressing their queries and concerns with clarity and confidence.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designed solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and evaluate their potential for integration into Airtel's offerings.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide expert guidance to colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or a similar technical design role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions across various domains (e.g., Telecom, Cloud, Security).
• In-depth understanding of network architecture principles, including MPLS, IP, and SDN.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
