Job Summary:
As a Sales Professional at Airtel, you'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets by generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals. You'll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable Airtel products and services.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Prospecting for new customers through various channels, including online outreach and telecalling.
- Providing clear and concise product presentations, highlighting features and benefits.
- Addressing customer queries and concerns with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
- Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for mobile prepaid, postpaid, broadband, and Airtel Payments Bank products.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend the most suitable Airtel solutions.
- Effectively handle customer objections and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
- Stay up-to-date on Airtel's product portfolio and market trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation in any discipline or equivalent experience.
