Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for all visitors.

  • Answer phone calls efficiently and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate staff member or taking messages.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments for staff members, ensuring accuracy and efficient time management.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and presentations as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff members (if applicable).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
